Aroma

On a busy long queue day at Subway, my friend and I decided to hop to Aroma, bang opp Subway Nungambakkam and see what they offered! As soon as we entered, we were told that their Continental Chef was away and only Indian and Chinese were available - not a great welcome!

But we decided to have something quickly and leave and so we settled down to a corner of a nice and elegant interior setting and saw the menu - the menu was not ready and so we had to read it off printed A4 sheet. The owner was around and suggested that we try 'a unique chicken' with a fancy name that I cannot recall, so we went with that and ordered two kothu parathas with it! Oh man, it was mind blowing! The chicken that they served us was awesome, super soft and very very tasty and the kothu parathas for Rs 50 was a deal both in quality, quantity and taste! We were not in the mood for desserts, but I plan to go back here to try some more stuff!

Apparently there is a coffee shop Chew n Brew that is set to open on the open space of this restaurant, so lets see how they queue up to Chennai eating scene!
